aftergum® Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $45 or more within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $45: a flat $5.99 shipping fee applies at checkout. Orders $45 and above: free standard shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address at checkout; if you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@aftergum.com and we will attempt to correct it before the order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 4 to 7 business days after your order is placed, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Carrier

We typically ship via USPS. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Order Issues

If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipment, contact us at info@aftergum.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund. For orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy (7-day notification window with photo).

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
