At aftergum®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we are only able to accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@aftergum.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name and order number.
2. Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is not covered unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@aftergum.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right.
